Besides not getting the job, everyone seemed alright when interacting with them. Took almost a month for the entire process. 2 phone interviews, and then an in person. Got all the way until the end and found out I didn't get it. Thinking I just lost out, but then saw them repost the same job a few weeks later. Emailed them about it, and was told I was over qualified for the position.
