The interview is just two rounds: HR and the Manager. It's all standard behavioral questions that any solid customer support person could easily ace. They just want to hear how you handle typical situations, solve problems, and talk to customers. If you've got experience dealing with people, you will honestly breezed right through it.

I received an initial interview email with HR, There was only one round for the interview and after interview, I received the result with in 20 days via email. It was basic interview with behavioral questions.

Pretty easy and fast. First round with HR, second and final with coach.
Took about 2 weeks for the whole process. Basic behavioral and work experience questions. Overall a great experience.
