Went through 4 rounds of interviews that totaled over 10 hours over a span of 3 months. Company was very unresponsive and difficult to get a hold of and even scheduling the initial screen took about 3 weeks because they kept on canceling on me or responding to my emails about availability days after that availability had already passed.
I had a good experience with the direct team who seemed very busy, but for the final round they brought me in with people that were outside of the team. More than one of the interviewers expressed that they didn't really know why they were scheduled for this interview and didn't really have much to say. I did ask a few questions about diversity and inclusion initiatives, but was basically told that it was a work in progress and there wasn't much traction on that front at the company.
After the entire 10 hour process, I reached out to the company multiple times to follow up, however, I never heard from them again. Not sure if that is standard procedure for them, but I at least expected a template/automated response saying that they were moving in a different direction or something. Was definitely a disappointing and demoralizing process.
