Phone interview, two in-person interviews. I was screened by phone then brought in on 2 occasions for in person interviews, one with hiring manager, the other with HR people. They took place about a week apart.

Entretien
The company doesn’t work with staffing agencies. I applied directly through their website and was able to schedule a phone screening within a week. After that, I had a Teams meeting with the Sales Director, followed by an on-site interview with three team members. The final step was another Teams meeting with HR. Overall, the entire process took about three weeks. Each interview felt more like a conversation than a formal assessment, which made the experience feel comfortable and engaging.
