The manager did not show up on the scheduled interview due to personal plans. I was not notified of this ahead of the interview, and ended up having the interview with a manager of another section. The interview was easy and dry. It contained standard questions about experience, as well as description of the company culture expectations and benefits - all very rigid. The company never provided me feedback after the interview, as they completely erased that it ever happened.
