J'ai passé un entretien chez TBHC Delivers

      Entretien

Their Talent Acquisition Department contacted me fairly quickly to schedule a phone interview. The interview proceeded a few days later with the same woman who contacted me to schedule the interview. She started off nice but quickly changed her tone. I felt like I was just meeting her quota for interviewees. She didn't seem to be listening and I had to repeat myself several times. She questioned my work experience in a way that she thought I was lying and told me my reasons for leaving my current position were not good reason to leave a job. I asked her to clarify a question and she asked if I was listening to her and was very annoyed.

      Candidature

J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 2 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez TBHC Delivers (Nashville, TN) en juill. 2017

      Entretien

The process started quickly but took over 2 months including multiple phone interviews, a personality test, and an in-person interview. The problem I had was that they wouldn't communicate where they were in the hiring process for 3+ weeks at a time. I never got a clear answer as to what next steps were or whether they were still pursuing me as a candidate. Several of the people I interviewed with were nice, but two people were the rudest people I have ever met. One sat on his phone for half of my interview badmouthing my previous company, never looked me in the eye, and didn't even bring questions to ask me. The other was so full of himself he made the company out to be the best in the world with no competition, made the job sound awful, and tried to make me feel inferior like I wasn't qualified. I was forced to ask all the questions and didn't even get decent responses from both of them. The rest of the interviews were average. I think the company as a whole is scattered in their priorities resulting in me feeling like I was unvalued as a candidate. In the end, I would suggest staying clear of this company until they figure out what they want.

To hear this feedback from a prospective employee’s experience with us is heartbreaking. Our goal for your experience is the opposite outcome of what you felt. The interview process with our team is intended to be a positive, two-way learning experience - one where you learn what you need to know about us and we learn about you in relation to our Company and the role you’re interviewing for. Your experience in this case was a miss on our part, and we value your feedback – just as we valued your presence in our interview process. As a team, we are big on demonstrating Excellence in all that we do and with everyone we interact with. When we miss that mark in someone’s eyes, we are big on humility and learning from it. It’s in that light that your feedback has been shared with appropriate team members to provide an opportunity to get better and to demonstrate that we stand behind our mission of making our people better. Even though it is tough feedback to hear, your perspective has allowed us to improve the experience for other candidates that go through our recruiting process and continuous improvement is extremely important to us as an organization. We appreciate you taking the time to provide us this feedback!

We strive to provide a positive and informative experience during all phases of our interview process and we apologize if your interaction did not have that outcome! Your feedback is appreciated. Our interview process for different positions is extensive and we intend for it to be a 2-way road for you to learn about us and us to learn about you. Part of our company mission is to be a blessing to others and that means our employees as well as our customers (and prospective employees, too!). It is in that spirit that your feedback has been shared with the appropriate individuals to allow them visibility to a candidate's experience. Thank you for taking the time to share with us!
