the whole process felt like a sham, like they didn't even had any intention of hiring. Then 3 weeks no contact even with me regularly checking up on them. After 3 weeks of this they blocked my number (I am guessing because it shows busy everytime I call) Would have been better if they just said no.

They asked me to make a presentation on what was the hiring market like in UAE
