Began with first a phone interview. This then proceeded to an onsite interview which lasted approximately 4 hours. These four hours were split up between five groups of people. The first being one of the design leads. During our conversation he talked down to me rather to me which was rather frustrating. The second was two of their department heads. They were really nice and asked questions about my design experience, what my dream job was, and just made you feel welcome. The Third Person was the head of their new department building onsite stages. His interview was short but he asked about my inventor experience and such. They fourth group was their two lead designers. They wanted to know my experience with AutoCAD and were overall very down to earth. Before the last person I took a personality test. The interview then ended with a quick HR interview. They promised to let you know either way but that did not happen.
