Applied online and got called for an interview, it went really well when I asked why I didn't get the job in call back I was told it was between me and one other person and apparently they didn't receive my cover letter due to technical issues.

Entretien
It involved an individual interview with the manager, a sales tasks and then a wrapping task. It was pretty stock standard for what you would expect a retail group interview to involve.
