The interview process is technical discussion with india team followed by German team and the HR Discussion.
For me the interview process went all in order mentioned above. Immediately after the German round got email from HR to share documents to process the candidature firther.
Then after 2 days salary negotiation with HR and formal discussion.
They released the offer within 2 weeks. Very excited to join T-Systems

Technical round and managerial round both are good, notice period needs to be shorter while applying
Company is currently on a restructuring mode, coming in from Big4 increases chances of approval

L1 interview went well and got selected to L2 interview. I have performed in second round as well. But I don't get the result. It's been a month. Atleast they should have provide the result whether u selected or rejected. But they didn't. I have followed them up in email as well. But no response.
