Got a call from HR and went for the interview it was a technical round of interview. And I have seen one of the worst panel I have ever seen in my years of experience. They were not at all at the level of interviewing someone . They themselves were not clear about the basics of big data. In the technical round of interview after some easy technical questions they asked me reason of leaving current organisation and I was okay to share and I told them . After that they asked me what is your CTC in your current organisation?what is the CTC in existing offer in hand and how much CTC you are asking in our company? So much lame question which are not expected from technical panel . Go at your own risk. Highly disappointed. I just wasted my time thought it's a global firm and people may have good attitude. After giving the interview I am feeling that positive reviews are falsely posted .It was first round and such questions are not expected from the technical panel . If it was HR round or managerial round I wouldn't have mind to answer such questions but it's seriously a bad experience.I Won't join even if they offer who will work with such team. I myself take many interviews but never ever asked people about there current CTC because my job is to check technical competence of candidate his CTC is matter of discuss with HR or manager not public ally in the panel interview.
