the interview was very quick. at the time I interviewed in early 2020, I had one phone screen and one in-person interview. they use the STAR method in the in-person interview.

Applied using online tool... Took about a month to receive an call requesting a phone interview. I was asked to come in for an in person interview with three hiring nam angers, but was unable to commit at this time. Over all the process was easy and hassle free and the recruiter was easy to deal with and accommodating... I was just not able to make it in for the interview due to recent family events.

The interview process was very straight forward. They asked question and would prefer that you answer questions using the STAR method. That way your answer clearly states step by step what you did.

Interview process was standard and my interviewer was very friendly and personal. We started off going over my resume and for some items she would ask more in depth. Then we went into situational questioning where it was conflict resolution with customers, co-workers and different scenarios that could take place in the work environement and how I would respond to them.
