The interview began with a short presentation about the history of the company and it's current standing in terms of strength and growth. I was with a group of five other applicants and continued onto a tour of the call center floor. A 45min to 1 hour interview with two of the hiring managers followed.

Fairly simple interview process. 30 minute initial phone call gathering basic information, aptitude assessment a week later, then an interview with two managers. T Rowe Price uses the STAR method for their questions.
