Sat down and was asked several questions that were on a booklet. Occasionally was asked other questions not on the booklet but related to CV. It was a short interview ( only 10-15 mins)

Tell me about one time you had to work together as a team.
Group interview then individual interview. It was easy. They asked questions and wrote it down on a white board. Individual interview was asked a tough situation ive been in and the solution.

The interview was based on normal questions for a retail position. The manager was lovely and very calming. A great place to work very supported staff and management are great.

Easy, they just want to see that your availability is good and you can follow instructions. Don’t talk about your degree or any corporate experience they reject people for being overqualified
