You apply online and then get asked to come in for a 30 minute interview with questions about your education and experience. They ask you about your availability and would like you to be fully flexible. You then get called later on whether you got the job.

Very easy going and informal. Was interviewed by the operations manager and he introduced himself and then asked me to introduce myself. He asked a few questions about experience like "can you give me an example where you made a mistake and resolved it?" and then asked about my availabilty. The staff are super friendly and welcoming
