Entretien
I started off as a temp so it might be different if you’re going straight to a permanent role. It was quick and simple, you had to fill a questionnaire first and based on how well you did on that, you would proceed to the interview. A lot of the questions were scenario based, lasted about 20 minutes.
Group interview then individual interview. It was easy. They asked questions and wrote it down on a white board. Individual interview was asked a tough situation ive been in and the solution.

The interview was based on normal questions for a retail position. The manager was lovely and very calming. A great place to work very supported staff and management are great.

Easy, they just want to see that your availability is good and you can follow instructions. Don’t talk about your degree or any corporate experience they reject people for being overqualified
