I received a phone call about the interview and an email confirming the time and date of the interview. I went there early and was asked to sit on the sofa and wait for the manager to take me to a room for the interview. During the interview, the manager asked me a few questions about the company and why I would work there, some of my experience in customer service and some key points about the company like what off-price is, what I would do if I were in this situation. Basically, some basics that can be answered if you do some basic research about their company and how they differ from other companies which makes them stand out.
