1-1 Interview with one of the managers
Starts with enquiring about availability, right to work and travel
Then asks around 5-7 competency based questions and asks about general TK Maxx knowledge and what makes it different from other retailers
Then asks if i have any questions ( always ask questions )
Interview takes 20-40 minutes, depending on how well you get on with your interviewer and the depth of your answers.
One-on-one interview with one of the managers. The manager had a booklet with questions to go through. Interview was quite informal, it was more like a chat. Lasted about 15-30 minutes. Mostly scenario-based questions.

The process also included availability discussions and an opportunity to ask questions about expectations and training.

In person interview with the manager of the store lasting around 30 minutes. They referred to my CV I had uploaded and asked me to elaborate on certain experiences. I was asked what I knew about the company and why I wanted to work for them.
