I went through a succession of interviews, all of which were over coffee or lunch. Each interview was relaxed, at least in part due to the setting, and every consultant I met with was friendly and professional. Rather than a series of textbook questions, each consultant led a conversation which allowed me to talk about my experiences and how they were relevant. In each interview the consultant explained more details about the model and was able to answer any questions I'd thought of. Two of the interviews were more technical and the questions ranged from straightforward, exam-style questions through to long discussions about methodology and real world implementations.
