The whole process was quite slow, it took nearly three months from their initial response to my application till the job offer, the process is anyway well structured, there is a preliminary cognitive test to be completed and then a very long interview (2 and half hours) with the hiring manager, followed by the final offer (1 and half month after the interview).

An external recruiting company contacted me for the role. The recruiter asked me the basic questions about the role and proceded with my candidacy. System73 sent me a logical assessment that included math and has very limited time to complete it. This has nothing to do with the role but still has a lot of weight which doesn't make any sense. After I wasn't able to complete it on time, they said no. If a logical test non-related to the role is what they take into account for the hiring process, how good will their decisions be internally?
