I sent a follow-up email to confirm whether they still wished to proceed, yet received no response. An hour later, I texted to check in and was told that they would call me soon. I waited the entire day, but no call or update came through. The next day, I followed up again and was finally informed via phone call that the company had decided not to proceed with my application.
Overall, I felt quite disappointed with how the interview process was managed, particularly the lack of communication and clarity during the final stage.
