I was met by the company founder directly, and immediately found him to be friendly and not at all intimidating. The interview was easy going and he asked smart, well thought out questions to establish how well I might fit the position I was interviewing for. At no point was I nervous or uncomfortable. I left the interview feeling that he could make an honest and fair assessment of my ability to perform the duties of the job and for how well I would fit in the organization. Ultimately he did and I got the job. It was my favorite job to date.
