Basic questions...meet with 3-4 people. No testing, no behavioral, no HR interaction that I could deduce. Started with a phone interview. I only had one phone conversation with one person. Then they flew me in for an in-person. Met with 3-4 people, then lunch, then flew out.Offer came next day.
