Initially interview process was good till 2/3rd of the call. First interviewer seemed good and understanding. He was asking appropriate and relevant cloud based questions as per the role. Then it took a sudden left turn where call was handed over to a person who started nit picking irrelevant stuff that too in a very unprofessional manner. His behaviour was utterly undermining. Even after mentioning multiple times, that I am not a developer, even role is of Cloud Architect, he emphasized on things related to coding(even if they were basic). Where he failed to understand basic difference between experience and expertise maybe due to his poor english comprehension skills. I would like to advice the management, please explain the expectations of the role clearly to the interviewing panel and then schedule the call. Single person can't design the solution, deliver as well as develop the application. With my experience, I would definitely not like such organisation where such behaviour is tolerated.
