There was an online submission form for the job, followed by a phone interview which lasted approximately 45 minutes. Within two weeks they asked my availability for an on site interview. I met with four pairs of managers for one hour per session, which consisted of behavioral questions, a one hour presentation of my previous work, and a tour of my prospective workplace.
