Entretien
The job was through a recruiter so there was a pre-interview screening call. After this I proceeded to the first round interview which was with the Marketing Manager and one of the Sales consultants. The second round interview was with the HR director and another sales person.

Question 1
Firstly it was about experience and the ability to complete the job. In the second interview there were a lot of behavioural questions. I guess they were trying to understand cultural fit and how you resolve conflict and deal with difficult personalities.
