Way more people involved than what there needed to be. Half the people in the interview didn't work there 6 months after the interview. The company and the position were poorly represented. Many additional responsibilities were added after I accepted the position including additional sites and new construction on day 2 of the job that were clearly identified as not part of the position responsibility. Also after the HSE Manager role was accepted they decided to change the title of the role to HSE specialist.
