2 stage interview 1st interview - Microsoft teams - Standard customer service question and no technical questions asked 2nd interview - in person - once again standard customer service questions but this time with a manager. Do not give short answers even if it’s a simple question as they are extremely picky with this.

Where do you see yourself in 5 years? Give me a time where you had to deal with a difficult customer? Give me a summary of any technical task you have done and explain it as if I was new to it? Give me a time where you had to pay attention to detail?
