The interview process was structured to have 3 rounds: the 1st round was an HR phone screening, the 2nd round was a technical/team interview, and the 3rd round was supposed to be an in-person office visit with a case study. I made it to the 2nd round.
The initial HR screening was professional and went well. However, the 2nd round with the team member was highly unprofessional. The interviewer joined the virtual call 20 minutes late, was completely unprepared, and conducted the interview from their mobile phone. At that point, it felt like he had been rushed and forced to join the call just to get it over with, which made me feel like my time was completely undervalued.
Following that 2nd interview, communication completely broke down. I sent four polite follow-up emails over the course of a few weeks to check on the status of the 3rd round, but I received zero response. Eventually, I was sent a generic, automated rejection template from the People & Culture team with no specific feedback or explanation for the delay.
