It was a relaxed and semi formal conversation with two Synergy managers who asked me questions about myself, my goals and my job history. It was an interview which lasted for 35 minutes, and they gave me ample opportunity to ask my questions. They also gave me an in depth view of the company, current work and future pipeline.
