Interviewing at Synergist was amazing! the staff was friendly and inviting, as well as able to clearly explain the direction of the company and their beliefs. The interview process wasn't rigid but instead the interviewers asked about my interests and it was more of a conversation, trying to understand me as a person instead of me trying to fit a mold as an employee. Synergist cares about their employees and always has their best interest as a priority, ensuring that each employee is doing what they are passionate about and their willingness to learn over what softwares or languages they know, and will go to the point of offering ways for employees to learn or expand their knowledge.
