Initial phone interview with the talent acquisition team who were lovely but a bit disorganized. I had to follow-up couple of times. The WebEx interview with the team after, I found myself a bit ill prepared for the interview. I was asked a lot of medical questions which I was not expecting. I thought there will be more questions on actual operations of the clinical trials. It ended in a very strange note when I asked about the work culture I was told it was a "weird question to ask." 🤷‍♀️
