RED FLAG. Lowballed salary after accepting the position and signing the offer letter. Attempted to renegotiate but counter offers got lower and lower with HR saying “miscommunication between hiring manager and HR”. Doesn’t inspire much confidence in the companies processes and policies if this could happen even before joining the company.. Might have dodged a bullet here..
