Interview was okay. A few hard definitions were asked but was told I wasn’t expected to know the answer which I found strange. The job role was an entry level position but I was expected to know the role as if I had done it before- Even though there would be a 3 month training extensive training so I think the standard of knowledge was set too high- if it was a CRA II position I would understand but not for an entry level. Interviewer gave no chance to show your own personality and even responded to a team message while interviewing which I found very rude. Feedback received was to know more about the CRA position even though my answer Included what was in the job description.
The interviews are very straight forward. Quick decision compared to other companies. The questions are clear and focus on your previous work. Not a lot of rounds of interviews, so that is a plus as well.

Primeiro fui abordada por uma pessoa do RH perguntando o meu interesse em conversar com uma Line Manager, aceitei, fiz a entrevista dois dias depois. Logo em seguida tive retorno positivo para falar com o SPONSOR no dia seguinte, conversei com o SPONSOR ehoras depois fui aprovada para a posição. Enviei meus dados e documentos para o RH conforme me solicitaram no dia da minha aprovação e no fim da mesma semana fui avisada que a vaga, que estavam com tanta pressa em preencher tinha sido cancelada. Detalhe: Eu já tinha pedido demissão do meu outro emprego,
