For one of the opportunity in synechron I was screen by the very rude HR. She had mentioned in her questions are you an immediate joiner later there was another question how soon you can join I had replied to question mention yes I am an immediate joiner and with 20 days I can join. She called me up I was happy that I got shortlisted but soon the conversation took a very unpleasant turn as the arrogant synechron HR kept on asking rhetorical questions like tell me what is a meaning of immidiate why u applied for a position in Bangalore if you are from pune. Her voice and attitude was like a queen from a mystic land rather than a HR with 6 years exp in talent acquisition team of a mid size IT org. I expect synechron to educate such mannerless HR so that they learn how to talk

It was good and it went well. The interviewer was also polite and we had a good conversation. We discussed about my project, current skills and areas I need to have a look on.

Entretien
When I came for the interview on Friday afternoon there was empty and very quiet in the office and nobody from management. Only several students were there. The office looked very cool and modern. Instead of a manager who was supposed to interview me, I have been interviewed by 4 different people who came to me one by one and because of that, I had to start my story all over again. I was confused because of what was going on there and it was completely different from what my colleague told me. I wish I was prepared better.
