I really had a very worst interview experience in Synechron. 1st round is an online interview and asked complete core technical questions, interviewer dint even switch on the video and dint give enough time to think and answer, it was like Rapid fire round , some how managed to answer most of the questions . I really dint have good impression about this company after the 1st round. I got selected for the 2nd round. 2nd round interview got rescheduled for 2 times, they rescheduled the meeting just one hour before the interview . The second round is also complete technical questions, 2 people were in the interview panel, one switched on the video and one dint switch on the video. Again questions were like rapid fire round , suddenly they asked me to share my screen ( which was surprise to me because in my other interviews they will notify me if i need to share my screen)and open a java compiler and they asked me to write Java program, I have clearly mentioned in my resume that I have worked only in the JavaScript not in Java. The person had the video On understood the situation and asked sensible questions. At the end they said I will be asked to more of manual testing than automation. I was like then why did they asked so many technical questions. Interview people dint even ask me whether I have anything to ask. I felt irritated after the interview.Next day I got call from the recruiter and told me that I got selected and said soon she will send me offer letter , after a week she called me and said we are still under the process of sending me the offer letter . Again after two she called me and said that their clients taking too long to approve my offer letter. My interview happened in the month of July and till September month , they dint send me offer , though I got 2 better offer than this company .I just want to know are for real . I completely wasted 4 weeks of my time to prepare for this interview. The whole interview process is complete mental stress.
