Drove 60KM,waited for more than 5 hours for my turn. Interview lasted less than 10 min. Reached venue at 11:15 am ,interview happened at 4:30 pm(i was totally drained) It was a rapid fire round of nonsense definition based questions. The moment i gave wrong answer he said.."i am done". Guys: This is not how you take interview of lead/senior , Plz improve your process else continue the bad name you are having in recruitment market of talent Do not feed candidates with fruits and snacks buffet,feed them with positive vibes and managed recruitment process(selection or rejection doesn't matter then).
