Interview process was very friendly. Interviewer was very much interested in knowing the skills and help me a lot about company, culture, role and how the day to day activities are going to look like.

Entretien
Overall, a pretty sloppy and unprofessional process. I applied for the CSM position in mid-October and didn't get an initial interview until a month later. I was asked to share my availability and had to do that three separate times. The call with the recruiter was supposed to be a "casual chat" but ended up being a standard STAR-type interview. I then had another call with a hiring manager but have been ghosted.
Two phone interviews. The first one they called 10 minutes late. The second one they never called. Extremely unprofessional behavior. Did not receive an email or anything about the missed interview.

Entretien
Initial phone screening with HR followed by two separate 1:1 zoom calls with two hiring managers. I believe there were no additional rounds of interviews and a decision was made after that. I did not get an offer. I reached out to the HR/Talent Acquisition contact I had been working with asking for feedback but never received a response. That was disappointing considering the time I spent going through the process.
