Instead of addressing these questions, the offer was revoked. There were also red flags in the contract, particularly regarding the notice period. The company required employees to give a 4-week notice, but they could terminate someone with significantly less notice, especially during the probation period. This imbalance in job security raised concerns about how employees are valued. What stood out as unprofessional was the lack of clear communication. The founder never responded to my follow-up email, nor was the offer officially revoked in writing—it was done over the phone instead. This raised concerns about how decisions are made within the company and the overall transparency in their hiring process. Candidates should be aware that asking standard employment questions may not be welcomed here. If you’re considering an offer from Syncio, I’d recommend getting everything clarified upfront and in writing before committing.
