Had an easy discussion with the recruiter, your typically questions. Didnt hear a reply at all from them after the interview. Would have been nice to know on next steps or something. Felt very awkward.

Recruiter first reached out via LinkedIn looking to chat. I never heard back after replying but didn't think much of it because I had taken a bit to respond.
A couple months later the same recruiter reached back out. We set up a call for the next day that seemed to go great. She pitched the role/company to me, shared who the hiring manager was, responded positively to my salary range and said she'd be sending me an email with more info and I could provide availability for the next round interview.
Unfortunately I never heard from her and she never responded when I tried to follow up on linkedin a week later.
