Initial phone interview is basic and extremely redundant. The phone interview is simply making you verbally list your previous employers, the dates that you were employed with them, basically the same thing you do for their required background screen prior to the call (list 7 years of employment, be honest and must be accurate or it will impact your hiring ability). The interviewer put me on hold after I thoroughly and specifically answered her questions then told me I wasn't a good fit after placing me on a 2 minute hold.

Straightforward customer service questions. The culture initially felt friendly, but the tone shifted during the long training period. Expectations became less clear, and the environment felt more pressured than advertised.
