Winx Consultancy services contacted me in Synchrony's behalf. It was the worst experience with HR and Operations. The Voice round was amazing he gave excellent feedback, but the HR and Operations rejected me and called me next week again to reject me again after waiting till 11pm! He didn't even call me inside the room. Told the consultant to talk.

Process took 3 months. I did the application online they called the next day for an interview. After passing that was told they had no openings for a second interview but to keep checking their online portal. There were no openings for 2 months. Finally got the second interview and it was very chill. They ask the same questions they ask over the phone.

Entretien
Took online test has phone interview which went well. Invited to a onsite interview. Questions asked had nothing to do with customer service. Was told that I would be contacted in 7 to 10 days.
