The hiring process took over a month with two interviews only to be offered $13/hr (from a $13-16/hr range). I was contacted a couple of days after I applied and we did a brief phone interview on the spot. My in person interview was scheduled for two weeks later. The interview went well and I was asked to come in for a second interview which was scheduled a week and a half from then. Second interview went well and they said I'd have a decision by the end of the day. I didn't hear back from them until a week later. I called a day before starting the pre-hire process to decline the offer so they increased the offer to $14/hr but considering that I'm more than qualified and was asked to attended 2 interviews then hit with an arguably disrespectful initial offer, I decided to decline again.
