Staff are polite and gave candid responses related to company culture. This is a start-up that is growing fairly quickly so the culture is being created as they go. This will be an interesting company to keep an eye on.

The process started out great. Submitted resume and heard from HR the same day. Had an interview the next day for a 30 minute HR screening. The next day, HR reached out to set up interview with hiring manager 9 days later. About a month later I had an interview with one of the founders. Two weeks later I followed up with hiring manager on status. He did not reply at all (and we had emailed after the interview). Another week later I followed up with HR on status. She replied that she would get back to me in a week. That was two months ago and I have not heard a word. I assume they hired someone else which is fine, but they never let me know. All interviews went great. They were easy conversations about my experience and I have no doubt I was a top candidate.
