A good mix of managers participated in the interview process. They treated me to lunch and gave me a good idea of what my responsibilities would be. The human resources interview was decent. I have no issues with the process used and everyone seemed very receptive and nice. There are no surprises and candidates should simply prepare by thinking about the role they are applying for and their related experience. Wear a suit and tie (or equivalent) and do some research on the wastewater treatment industry.
