Interview consisted of 4 one-on-one 45 minute interviews with 4 Symbotic managers. Standard interview questions were asked with one interviewer providing more information about the company and another giving a tour of Symbotic's test facility. The interviewers were knowledgable and very personable - They definitely did a good job at making me excited about the opportunity to potentially work for the company. If I had one criticism it was the lack of post-interview communication. It took 4+ weeks to hear back about my status post-interview and that was only after multiple phone calls which I initiated. This came off as a little unprofessional. My advice to the company is that a new procedure should be put in place to keep candidates better informed as to where they stand in the interview process. Symbotic is a growing company with a very interesting product and as the company interviews more and more candidates post-interview communication is a must.
