Easy process. Interviewed with the Owner and the Director. Good experience. My interview was with a now retired owner so the experience with the current owner could be different. Staff is friendly.

phone interview then in person 30 min asking behavioral stuff like how would you teach this content to someone. the phone interview mostly asked about priori experiences and went through your resume

They will ask you about your teaching experience for different age levels, then give you scenarios that might happen during a tutoring session. They will also ask if you can multitask, because you might be tutoring 4 kids at once.
