Had a great interview with 2 people. We discussed my extensive experience & how I would be an asset to their company. They had at least 4 manager ads , at the present time. I was told I would hear back in 1 week.
Going on 3 weeks. Followed up with phone calls & left messages as well. At least have the common courtesy to follow through.
Changed my whole outlook of their business practices.
Brief and pretty easy, one on one interview with COO, basically a discussion about my experiences. Met with the General Manager after and we all did a walk through of the restaurant.
