The interview process was divided into four stages: Mathematics, followed by Database and Programming, then a Lab session, and finally a Viva. Each stage determined eligibility for the next, and the questions were moderately challenging and well-structured. However, I was surprised to receive a salary offer that was significantly below my expectations — in fact, it was less than half of my current salary and even lower than what I earned at my previous company. This was particularly disappointing given that I had clearly stated my expected compensation in the job application. After investing an entire day in a rigorous evaluation process, the final offer felt somewhat disheartening and out of alignment with my professional experience and the effort put into the interview.
