There were 3 part interviews, first one was a phone interview which was straight forward asking questions about previous roles and expreince. The second part was meeting with the head of SEO and SEO Manager 1:1 meeting which they asked some technical questions about my exprience. The final stage was with the company directors which was more focused on my personality and problem solving skills.
